Madam Suba is a 40 years old woman was brought to the hospital in disorientated and confused state. As noted in her medical history, she has had a type I diabetes (T1D) for last 20 years. The patients displayed signs of dehydration (such as dry mucous membranes, and skin, poor skin turgor, and low blood pressure. Her urine was found to have glucose. She was having symptoms of acidosis such as deep and rapid breathing (Kussmaul respiration). Her breath had a faintly fruity odour. Her temperature was normal.
