Assignment task:
Choose two of the three genres about homelessness in Toronto (from Week 2) and two core concepts (from the "Core Concepts" document of Week 1, excluding "genre").
Write one paragraph in which you compare your two chosen genres according to your two chosen core concepts. Please begin your paragraph with a topic sentence that states which two genres you will compare and which two core concepts you will focus on. (Example: The academic article and the blog on homelessness in Toronto differ in terms of their audience and purpose.) You may focus on differences and/or similarities between your two genres. You should aim to write about altogether within the Journal text box (instead of posting an attachment).
