Create a change process document based on the case study. This will be a document that Octo Telematics' could present to an auditor.
i. Explain the purpose and goals of Octo Telematics' process re-engineering (BPR) project.
ii. Explain each of the major governance changes performed by Telematics. Describe the purpose of the change and include any difficulties or challenges related to the change.
iii. Describe what steps were taken to troubleshoot problems that arose during the change process.
