1. What are some of the ethical questions facing companies doing business in a global context? What is your view of how well businesses have done in facing and addressing them? My top three ethical ethical questions has to do with bribery, sexual harassment and health. I believe that business have not done a good job addressing them specifically the health part, because in some cases jobs or business do not care about your health or well-being they are just more so focused on their business and why you didn't show up for work instead of asking about your well being.
2. In what ways are values and principles important for global markets as well as investment decisions by firms? Values and principles are important because they set expectations for the employees and also for management to follow. It sets a level of respect your and will want for investors to invest in the company.
3. What other benchmarks exist for sorting out responsible from irresponsible conduct? Which, in your view, are most helpful and which are problematic? Why? We have to see what is to be morally responsible for one's doing and also what it is to hold an Individual accountable also. Problems that can occur with this is organizational relationships problems and conflicts of interest because even thought they may be an associate you still have to old them accountable.
