Explain behavior represent anti competitive practice in chip

All the big computer manufacturers have little "Intel Inside" logos in their television advertisement. Intel subsidizes these advertisement if the companies include this logo. Other chip makers have urged antitrust agencies to restrict what they argue is simply a form of TIED DALE. In both the United Sates and the European Union these lawsuits have gone nowhere, with the antitrust agencies eventually dropping them . This rejection seems to reflect that while Intel does have a huge share of the market for chips, there is no competitive market into which it is trying to spill over its monopoly power.

Can you argue that its behavior represents an anti competitive practice in the chip market itfelf, an attempt to crown out AMD, Cyrix, and the other small processor manufacturers?
