Select a client that suffers from a disorder related to trauma. Then, address the following
1) Describe the client (without violating HIPAA regulations) and identify pertinent history and medical information, including prescribed medications.
2) Using the DSM-5, explain and justify your diagnosis for this client.
3) Explain any therapeutic approaches that would be effective with this client. Include expected outcomes based on these therapeutic approaches. Support your approach with at least 3 evidence-based literature.
4) Explain any legal and/or ethical implications related to counseling this client.
