Essential Responsibilities: Actively engage in the external labour market to identify and connect with potential candidates Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong pipelines across high-volume and salaried roles Own full-cycle recruitment (posting through offer) to deliver timely, high-quality hires Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies Assess candidates for skills, experience, and long-term fit with business needs Maintain accurate data and reporting in Workday while ensuring compliance and hiring momentum Qualifications: 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment Proven ability to proactively source and build strong talent pipelines across multiple channels Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
