Your job and responsibilities include working with managers from other departments in ensuring staff satisfaction and providing training in areas where students need development.

The company is concerned about the lack of market growth that it has been experiencing over the past and the company's board has diagnosed and found that that the problem is in the company's online presence. So, an executive position was made to have a new department that would be completely dedicated to digital marketing. As the human resource manager, you will be central in ensuring that the company hires staff that would easily fit into the company's culture and effectively grow its presence and visibility online.
