As a health care administrator, you are in charge of educating employees about the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Make a handout for employees about key points of HIPAA. Examine the privacy standards defined by HIPAA to identify a minimum of 2 elements that may impact your role as a health care administrator the most.
