The founding fathers created the Constitution with the idea that it would need to be dynamic (marked by usually continuous and productive activity or change).
• Examine the Constitution and the 27 amendments. Where is there evidence or a trend of the "Dynamic Constitution" and are there areas where there needs to be further "productive activity or change"?
