President Richard Nixon said: "The U.S. can run itself domestically without a President. An effective Cabinet can handle domestic affairs. A President is truly needed for foreign policy."
Do you agree with President Nixon, that foreign policy is the President's most important domain? Or do you feel that domestic policy is just as important if not more so?
