Examine and summarize why employees are fearful of change


Problem

This research for this paper will help you to understand the importance of change management in the digital transformation process.

Using the links found in sessions covered: Digital Transformation, Digital Disruptions Digital Transformation- Framework, Vision and Strategy, read the articles and watch the various videos. Using these as your starting point, your paper will analyze the organizations who are winning or Losing in Digital Transformation. Main focus of this research is to identify the importance of various change management models.

The paper will:

i. Examine and summarize why employees are fearful of change. Provide at least three examples of employee fears of change.

ii. Examine and explore at least one organization that in your opinion is either winning or losing in digital transformation. Provide a background on the organization and then explain why you believe they are winning or losing.

iii. Include the change management models used for bringing up the change in the organization. For each model, summarize each model and include a diagram of each model.

iv. From your examination of the fears that employees have for change in point 1, Include details of how the organization has generated/ captured value from these fears, that is leading them to being a winner or loser

v. Summarize why change management is needed in digital transformation. Justify your reasons.
