HRD has traditionally provided general training in numerous fields particularly in the domain of Management and customer service skills. The Manager of one store, Mr Robot, a prospective client of HRD, has been heard to say: ‘employees know what they want and they know that they can acquire it from us. Training is a waste of time and resources.’
