Homework: Organizational Development Portfolio Project
For this Portfolio Project option, analyze and synthesize data acquired from an illustrative, fictional case study (see below) and present the findings in a paper. The audience for this paper is organizational development specialists and business executives who are attendees at a professional OD association meeting.
Use the organization you identified in the Module Critical Thinking Homework (in either option). This organization should serve as the beginning of the final case study, however:
1) If you completed the Module, Option I Critical Thinking Homework, you will already have some of this information collected and created regarding the fictional organization.
2) If you completed the Module, Option II homework, you will use that company, but change the name of the company and any other information as you further develop your illustrative, fictional case study. You will also incorporate your survey instrument into your final case study.
Your project will include:
1) An illustrative, fictional case study
2) Diagnostic methods
3) Analysis and feedback methods
4) Appropriate organizational development intervention options with the inclusion of general risk and value scenarios
5) Evaluation methods and planned changes
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
