In this segment of your Scholar-Practitioner Project, you develop a simple algorithm to interpret data related to the disease (HIV/AIDS) To aid your development, review your Learning Resources and research the construction of algorithms.
To complete this portion of your Scholar-Practitioner Project, write a 1-page paper that addresses the following: (ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS IN PAPER)
