Instructions
Select a company that you are interested in that has global supply chains, operations and/or production. Research that company. As part of this assessment create a dossier on their business practices as it relates to these areas. Make sure you address the following points:
i. Discuss the structure of their global supply chains, operations, and/or production.
ii. Evaluate the critical functions of the business.
iii. Identify 2 significant threats or challenges the company is currently facing.
iv. Suggest 2 potential strategies to each of those identified threats.
v. Identify 1 possible future threat or challenge the company might face.
vi. Suggest 1 potential strategy to mitigate that future risk.
vii. Evaluate your strategies and create an executive summary that makes a clear recommendation.
viii. Explain your decision making process. Make sure you include some risk assessment.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
