Elect an environmental problem that you can observe in your local community (i.e., air pollution, noise, traffic, waste disposal, water control, construction, crowding). Write a paper to be on the environmental problem of water control or waste control/littering because I live in California where we have had a drought and have had to control our water usage.
Prepare a 1,400- to 2,000-word paper in which evaluate strategies for promoting positive environmental behavior using your selected environmental problem. As a part of your paper, be sure to also address the following items:
•Evaluate at least two strategies for promoting positive environmental behavior.
•Explain how positive and negative consequences can increase pro-environmental behavior. Provide examples.
•Describe at least one positive and one negative example of how technological advances have impacted the environment.
•Assess the influence of environmental policies.
Include at least four references from peer-reviewed sources.
