Using a flowchart process, designate critical quality control points that may require inspection or measurement. Compare and contrast the interrelationships among technology, innovation, and quality. List these interrelationships within the flowchart: do this by providing examples of improved service quality through technology and summarize the effect of customer satisfaction on perceived quality.
