Read the McGregor case
Then give a brief summary of the case, followed by your analysis.
In your analysis please evaluate MacGregor's performance as a manager using the various concepts and theories you have learned in the course.
These may include, but are not limited to: planning, decisionmaking, leadership, training and development, job enrichment, efficiency of operations, etc. Do you think MacGregor's approach is efficient and/or effective? Explain your position.
The arguments in your analysis must be logically sound, written in essay format (no bullet points or numbers), with good syntax and grammar, and divided into paragraphs as appropriate.
