- Choose a particular group of people, institution or theme to help demonstrate the extent of change that the Revolutionary War brought about.
- Explain your chosen topic's position or status before the Revolutionary War.
- Explain the significant changes that were brought about, or hoped to have been brought about, by the American Revolution.
- Explain the extent to which your chosen topic demonstrated change after the American Revolution through the period of the Early Republic (the period up to 1815).
- Based on your research, do you believe that the American Revolution was "revolutionary" or not.
