Homework: CAM
Choose a CAM Therapy that you would have wanted to experience in the course. Once you have chosen a therapy, each student will write a paper that will address the following information:
i. Explain why you have selected the therapy and also include ailments (signs and symptoms, ex: stress, back pain etc.) that you are currently experiencing.
ii. Discuss the theories of the therapy that you have chosen in your paper.
iii. Compare and contrast the various benefits and possible side effects of the alternative therapy.
iv. Evaluate current published works and research on the alternative therapy.
v. Discuss cultural and religious beliefs that are part of the alternative therapy.
vi. Discuss the controversy over the use of alternative therapy in terms of political concerns and issues for the public safety.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
