Problem: The soil sample was placed in a permeameter and a constant head test was conducted. The soil sample had a diameter of 80 mm. Two manometers were inserted in the permeameter with the distance of 75 mm between each other. During the test, the constant water level of 1631 mm was observed in manometer 1 and the constant water level of 1454 mm was observed in manometer 2. Over the time period of 23 seconds, 99 ml of water was collected. Estimate the coefficient of permeability in mm/s. Provide three decimal numbers for your answer. No need for the temperature correction.
