Compute the mean, median, standard deviation, variance as well as range.(Employ correct notation, you don't have to show work)

Suppose that the population has the normal distribution, employ the sample values above to develop a 95% confidence interval estimate of the population mean. Can the result be used to estimate winning times in the future? Why or why not?

Use the sample data above to test the claim that the mean winning time is less than 11 seconds (use 5% significance level). What can we conclude about winning times in the future?
