Pick an environmental and natural resources economic topic of interest to an individual, business, interest group, government agency or global entity. Provide a problem statement and develop a fact based analysis of the problem from an environmental economics perspective. This paper should not be a one sided advocacy of a problem solution. The paper must address the problem statement from the aspect of the individual stakeholders – both pro and con perspectives. The paper should address costs, benefits/impacts and risks as well as provide recommendations.
