Assignment:
Write a 500 word APA style essay to answer the following: Effectiveness being the focus of Strategy Formulation and Efficiency being the focus of Strategy Implementation. In your opinion, which of those two, effectiveness or efficiency, are most important, and why? (And saying that they are equally important DOES NOT adequately answer the question.)
The paper must be in APA Style, to include a cover/title page, running headers, proper font (Times New Roman 12) and line spacing, and citations. The use of a reference page will also be required, if only to reference the text. An abstract WILL NOT be required.
