Culture is defined as the commonly held beliefs and values that drive the behavior of organizational members.  Power in organizations is the ability to get people to do things that they would not have otherwise done.  Consider the interaction of culture and power in your organizations.  How does the culture of the organization reflect the power relationships?  Further, how are political behaviors (power in action) influenced by cultural norms?  (This is a very broad topic, so you don’t have to be exhaustive in your response.)
