• From Chapter 4 in the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 textbook, you had the opportunity to explore the four core emotional intelligence skills. These skills include self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Which of these skills do you think is most important for today's leaders? Why? As you respond to your classmates, state why you could agree with the skill they selected.
