Please describe the physical appearance of the subjects in the episode, the intended message of the scene and whether or not the physical appearance of the subjects seems to match what you know about stress and anxiety disorders. Provide your analysis for your classmates in two to three paragraphs and then answer these questions:
1. Do you believe that images in the mass media help or hinder our understanding of stress and anxiety disorders? Why or why not?
2. What was the "cure" for the stress/anxiety that was depicted in your examples from mass media, and what alternative coping strategies might have been more realistic and supported by science?
