Do some basic online research about the rollout of the ACA web-site also known as Obamacare. I do not want political opinions about the law or anything of that nature here. What I do want you to discuss is the SDLC or Systems Development Life Cycle. Based on your limited research, do you think they used the SDLC for this rollout? Why or why not? What steps could they have taken to help with the rollout? Again, I don't want this to turn into a political discussion, I want it focused on the rollout of the web-site and the SDLC.
