District Magistrate's Court -Civil Appeals

Moreover in S.11 (1) of the Magistrate's Court Act gives that 'any person who is aggrieved through an order of a magistrate's court of the third class made in proceedings of the civil nature may appeal against the order to the magistrate's court of the first class'.  However the appeal must be made within twenty-eight days subsequent to the date of order appealed against.
