Problem: Chandra is a 75-year-old woman who has mild disorganised schizophrenia, asthma and obesity. She has had declining mental health and behaviours that are of increasing concern to her family in recent months. She had been attending a day program several times a week at Banksia Care but her family has been struggling to cope due to her aggression and unbalanced mental health and decided to move her into the Banksia's Aged Care Residential Service in an assisted living unit. You are a personal care worker for Banksia Care and you have been assigned to support Chandra where she requires it.
