Discussion: What role should organizational culture play in configuration and content management?
Should organizational culture be demanding certain levels of performance and control from the change management and control functions it uses? Does such a culture ever have to "wake up and smell the coffee" and realize that it's the culture that's causing the problems, and that beliefs and attitudes need to change in order to help configuration management or content management succeed?
