Investigate and analyse the background information and additional information and do the following:
Type three (3) business letters to the respective companies/students outlining your:
1. Discussion of recommendations for technical requirements, (i.e., which Operating system and hardware components would suit their business).
2. Discussion or recommendations for the type of software they should use on the system.
3. Hardware and software table with costs (excluding labour cost).
Company 1:
Asia Animation Pty Ltd is a small company with four staff that produces high quality audio and visual animation.
Company 2:
Garden City Library, (part of the main city library) has eight terminals that allow the public to search for books by title/author/subject.
Situation 3:
Students in a shared house, 5 – 10 km out from the city, with four (4) computers. They want to play games, do their college work and also share one Internet connection.
Additional Information:
ou can make up the address/contact person/company details and you are to submit your draft letters and plan to your Managing Director for approval. You will need to clarify certain requirements or make some assumptions.
Include a discussion of these assumptions as you go. You may also provide alternative solutions.
