A) Define “team work”. Consider if families and clients are included in your team. If so, why? Identify the members of your team and provide rationales.
B) Critically analyse how team building is promoted or could be improved at your organization. Discuss the limitations or barriers to promoting team work and team building activities. Include in your discussion the benefits of team work.
C) Describe team building activities that you as the manager could implement to improve team work at your agency. You may want to include improved communication processes, re-structuring of work loads or teams, improved committee structures, change in policy or procedures etc.
