Discussion board postings on “Leadership Definition Revisited – Forward Looking Reflection” –
Emphasis on “How far have you come? Where do you go from here?” and reflect on your completed leadership action plan on a forward-looking basis regarding next steps in your plan implementation and leadership improvement goals
Ensure you make an initial posting no later than Thursday, March 1st end-of-day
Contribute at least two additional postings to your colleagues by Sunday, March 4th end-of-day
Your follow-up postings should contain significant contributions to either support the stated argument (by you or your classmate), respectfully provide different perspectives or even alternative theoretical constructs based on your readings or life/workplace experiences as rebuttal to fellow student arguments on leadership as pertinent
Each weekly discussion activity will receive its own grade and remarks via associated Discussion Forum rubric (please re-review rubric competency elements to fulfill requirements)
