The manager of the Marketing department calls an employee into his office, and says, "As you know we recently had all employees take the Myers-Briggs Typing Instrument. According to your results, you are in I (Introvert). Since the team you work on typically operates in a brain-storming type of environment, we believe you would be better suited for the Administrative team. So, effective Monday, we are moving you there."
