Problem: A.K, is a referral from health center III with severe pneumonia as a diagnosis, history of cough for one week. Vital observations temperature ranged between 34.70C to 39. 9 0C, oxygen circulation ranged between 62% to 76% on 2 liters of oxygen per minute, pulse rate ranged between 69 to 77 beats per minute, respiratory rate ranged between min 24 to 32 breaths per minute. Respiratory system ; He has stridor, pectus carinatum, suprasternal, sub costal and intercostal recession, severe chest in drawing, using abdominal muscle for breathing, on auscultation had transmitted sounds (widespread) Medication given Salbutamol nebulizer 2 hourly, intravenous x-pen and oxygen therapy 5 liters per minute.
