History of present illness a 27 year old male with history of asthma psychiatric issues and prior alcohol use seen for evaluation of recurrent episodes of nausea dizziness paresthesias syncope and significant weight loss. He reports that since early last year episodes of pins and needles sensation numbness and near fainting has occurred especially with sun exposure or prolonged standing. He has experience of sensual weight loss dropping from 180 -190 lbs to a lower on a specified weight .
