Advertisers always use research studies to convince consumers that a specific product may be good or bad for them. We see it all the time but may not realize that we rely on research studies. For example, you may have seen an advertisement or an article that discusses the health benefits of drinking coffee. Rarely do we think that perhaps the article was published by a coffee company to promote the purchase of coffee. You may have also seen advertisements and/or articles discussing drinking coffee's adverse health effects. Perhaps that advertisement or article was produced by a tea company to get people to drink tea instead of coffee. Have you ever wondered where the information for advertisements or articles comes from? They come from research studies. For your Week 9 discussion board, you are to choose a product (any product), find an article that discusses the benefits of the product, and an article that discuss the adverse effects of the product. Your submission should include: 1st paragraph - Discuss the product. Coffee is a drink that is made from roasted beans. It is often consumed in the morning with/without milk.
