As HR director, you need to evaluate your employees in about three months, so you have some time to plan and strategize. As a preliminary step to making recommendation to human resources regarding how you would like to handle the upcoming evaluations, discuss your goals in employee performace appraisals. compare at least to existing approaches to employee evaluation, including actual appraisal systems, and make a recommendation based on scholarly references. how do they address cultural differences, or how would you recommend they be modified to address cultural differences? what cultural challenges do you foresee in the use of performance management systems and the subsequent communication with employees? make a recommendation as to which system would be most appropriate, given the needs of organization, and cite resources to support your argument. This is to be written in a form acceptable to the CEO of the hospital.
