I. To what extent do you believe that increased punishments would reduce the number of offenses? What does that say about the rationality of crime?
II. Discuss why you do or do not agree with the assumption of underlying positivism in that delinquents are determined to or cannot help but commit illegal behavior.
III. Discuss the delinquency prevention strategies that you recommend based upon your experiences and the resources provided to you so far.
