Assuming you will be hiring a management consultant to manage the project on a "cost+fee" basis (i.e. paying per contractors' & suppliers' invoices + an agreed upon fee). Discuss why & when you would have conflicts with the consultant and what incentive/punishment could better align his/her goals with the project goals.
