The CEO of Pride Company was very happy with his decision to increase the sales price of the company's product because he knew that in doing so to company will cease incurring any further loss. Do you agree with the thought process of the CEO? What is the impact of increasing the unit selling price of a product on the company's break-even point? Would the move to raise the unit selling price obviates the company from incurring a loss?
