Discuss ways that to practice self-care

Problem:

Five ways that  to practice self-care are through with daily walks and spending time outside mindfulness, staying hydrated, spending time with family and spending time with God, so the daily walks and spending time outside Hutchinson talks about how we tell our clients to take care of their bodies so we should do the same, which I agree with and I also mentions how our own well-being has a large impact on how we interact and work with  I always  difference when I've spent time outside and when I have it in a while, I think it's important to get fresh   the sun that  ties into mindfulness. I also believe that mindfulness is really important because it helps me be more present and it releases stress the journal how daily mindfulness predict life satisfaction from the perspective of mindfulness coping model states it reduces individual stress and promotes positive adaptive behavior, which I think is really important, especially in the counseling line we need to be able to adapt quickly staying hydrated. I personally noticed a difference when I'm dehydrated I can't think  irritable  my body feels off each of those things can distract me in the counseling process as I won't be fully present if I'm worried about my own well-being so I think it's really important to stay hydrated. The fourth one was spending time with family. I value quality time with friends and family if I become too consumed work, I'll neglect the things I value therefore it would be an important for me to set aside time to spend with family as me to decompress and focus on something other than my clients and their problems I'm able to spend time with my family talk about anything that is going on in my life and just have time away from thinking about other problems.
