Problem
Ethics is not always a tangible topic, and guidelines help people to unite on the same page. Different organizations have different cultures, and different industries have different ethical standards. For this problem, you will evaluate the expectations from different industries and brainstorm on similarities between them and the organizational challenges that exist if they are applied to different industries.
Part I:
In this problem, find two businesses and review its ethics standards. Afterwards, in a 2 pages assessment, discuss various ethical codes people encounter in their careers and how the associated standards support their work.
Part II:
Provide one real-world example of an ethical issue and a corresponding ethics standard that should have supported decision making. In a 2 to 3 paragraph summary, evaluate how the standard was or was not applied, and how that decision making contributed to the final result.
