Meal prep guide for a work week (Monday through Friday);what would those meals look like considering all nutritional value. These must include 3 meals and a snack everyday and include a budget of no more than $100. You will need a variation of two different meal days (Example Monday and Tuesday you eat chicken for dinner and Wednesday to Friday you eat Salmon for dinner).
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
