Problem: Discuss Transformational Leadership Theory's relevance to nursing administration or management. Review the literature regarding the application of this theory and identify the way in which this theory was used to guide a program of research or to contribute to the evidence base. If you examined its' use in a research program, analyze how the theory was modified as the research program developed and new knowledge was accrued . If you examined its' use wrt EBP, discuss the level of evidence generated, the ways in which the application of the theory changed as the evidence accrued, and its' current formulation.
