I would choose the side of the Federalist. I agree that the states and the nation should share responsibility of the government and that no one group has the power to dominate another group. This is important because now everyone has a right to use their voice without one group having all the power. The constitution is very important because it has our main source of rules and laws that we all should follow. The constitution did not interfere with the states government and it did allow for each state the power to govern. The weakness of the Articles of Confederation was the lack of bill of rights in the constitution. They addressed this weakness by adding the bill of rights into the constitution and this allowed for protecting individual freedoms from the threat of a potentially unjust federal government.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
