Ibuprofen (advil) is an anti-inflammatory, but can cause stomach upset. Acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol) relieves pain, but is not an anti-inflammatory or anti-coagulative drug. Celebrex is an anti-inflammatory that doesn't cause stomach upset. Discuss the various differences among them
