With regard to the above title and making use of a range of resources please provide a critical discussion of the arguments for and against the use of ideas about national culture in the organization, management and leadership of 21st century organizations. Please provide some insight into the epistemological models that you are engaging with when making your argument (See Lecture 3 – Organization Theory 2). How might engagement with other models have changed the course of your discussion? Which models are McSweeney’s work and Hofstede’s work rooted in?

The two references are merely a starting point. You will need to search out additional academic material to build your discussion and develop your own argument. You should also search out a couple of examples to help illuminate your discussion. These examples may come from news media sources.
